Busy families, not only budget strapped ones, need to find ways to deliver nutritional meals that result in the least waste and the most efficient time. I myself am a canned food fan and I now feel vindicated from the &quot;pressure&quot; to always purchase fresh vegetables, which can sometimes be thrown out when not used by the required date.]]></description>
