And Clean Thinking too Hannah, when we see new and different dietary advice and we ask ourselves "Is this logical, wholesome and healthy?", "Does this sound like someone is trying to sell me a book or a program, or are they giving me sensible advice?", and "Is this being recommended by someone with credentials in nutrition or from an actor, a lawyer or my hairdresser?" Thanks for your article Hannah.
To me clean eating is eating foods in their whole form most of the time, sometimes it feels just good to eat processed foods but so long as it isn't all the time I don't see the issue. Fuel the body as well as you can but splurge every now and again!
